14yr old Pomeranian - twisting her backside

When my Pomeranian is standing facing me and I pet her head down to her tail or if I rub her butt (sry!) she is twisting her body to her left side (kind of in an L shape).

I'm worried and cannot get a vet appt until Saturday morning...any ideas?
