2 month old pom vomits occasionally

I have a new two month pom puppy who is very active, however vomits occasionally. He is eating and drinking water normally. I have checked his gums they are nice and pink, and not sticky. And he seems to still have his energy level. (He's only been home for about 3 days). Am I being overly cautious? Or is this normal? Please assist.

Linus is a pom mix, but he used to throw up sometimes when we first brought him home. When we talked to our vet, he said as long as he is still eliminating normally, it's probably just nerves. Linus also had a difficult time learning that the food or the water is not going anywhere - there is no reason to eat all the food as soon as it's out. The vet said it was probably becasue he used to share food with his siblings, and now he's alone :)
