I have a very good friend who has this dog. He is on Medicare/Medicaid and churchmouse poor. He loves this dog and is afraid for him as he is almost completely blind. He's been to all the vets and they say several thousand dollars for the surgery. I want suggestions on how to get help with the cost of this surgery.
