I have a 5 year old female pom that i just inherited from my step father. She has a problem with peeing on the carpet in my home. I will take her outside where she will go several times. However when she comes back in within an hour she has gone somewhere in the house. She has been potty trained and did not do this with my father. Any tips? Also i have problems getting her to use the bathroom outdoors after it has rained and when it is dark out... Any info you can share would be appreciated.
