6 weeks old Pomeranian can't walk!!

My friend in China has a baby pomeranian about 6 weeks old. Poor mom passed away during pregnancy, my friend hand fed puppy milk solution to her until now. I did see the cute little puppy healthily running about 1 week ago.
However, about 4 days ago, my friend said puppy can't move her back legs anymore, she said those legs are totally useless and feeling very soft when she holds the puppy up. She went in to a vet which suggest puppy has tummy pain and was given the puppy some shots (said the shots can help on puppy's nerve?)

After 3 shots now and situation is not improving!! I came in today and saw the puppy, she is very much healthy and wanna play badly, only she couldn't move or control her back legs. Those legs do feel soft and just hang there when i hold her up, but sometime when i touch her paw, they sort of reflex for a bit. I suggested her to go to another vet in town and have x-ray done tomorrow.

Does anyone have any idea about this situation? As vets in China are not trust-worthy, most of the time just want your money, we just want to have an idea in head, just in case if we met another $%!&*%$ vet!!

I really want to help my friend and the poor little puppy!!

Pup passed away......

After 2 weeks of treatment from this vet, my poor pup still is mot getting better, so i decided to go to another vet, a much bigger pet hospital, however it takes more than an hour drive from my house. The new vet has done every possible tests for virus, xray, and ultra sound for my poor pup, at last there is no outside source is hurting my pup. It coz by under development in my pup.
She has serious tummy problem and couldn't eat or drink, or else she will vomit. Low blood sugar is main killer, she has no power, so wake and vet said it's killing she brain cells. I brought her to the vet every day to have injections, her condition was not stable, some days are better, some days she vomitted blood!
Unfortunatly, after another week of treatment, my poor 8 weeks pup didn't make it at last, coz she never had moms milk and vet said her body is so weak and totally under developed.
So please if you had a Pomeranian pup without mom, go online, go to your vet and find her a replacer mom, coz they really need moms milk, or else they will develop so many health problem!! Especially, low blood sugar will kill her brain cells. Vet told me even the best dog milk can't replace moms!
