7 yr old pom paws curling inward upon attempting to walk and lethargic
7 yr old pom paws curling inward making it unable to walk,lethargic and no appetite. right front paw especially curled under. no vomiting or extensive drooling. could this be diabetes?

First check that the toenails are clipped properly. Next I would think of arthritis. Have the dog checked out by your vet. About diabetes...is your dog drinking excessive amounts of water? This could be a sign of diabetes. Good luck..
