9 year old Pomeranian is ill

Our 9 yr old Male Pomeranian began losing appetite 4 days ago then showed signs of weakness. He won't move for hours and if we try to get him up he will stay frozen like a statue for many minutes. Then he will walk again. He is normal when he goes out for a walk but once he gets home, the movement issue starts again. His stool is not too solid, normal color but small amounts due to him not eating much. we have been giving glucose solution by dropper every few hours. He has been taking his vitamins (we hide the pill in a small piece of bread). He eats only a few bites of bread then stops. Same with rice. We try to give easily digestible food since he became sick.

His ears are normal though a little paler pink than normal. His eyes are also ok. His breathing seems normal and he does not have a temperature. He is vegetarian (at least we are and he eats what we eat). He is usually active and terrorizes out 2 year old yellow Lab (it doesn't matter that the Lab is many times his size) but now that he is sick, he barely moves.
