a third heart beat

I just got my little one two days ago and today we went to the vet for our first puppy check-up. He is ten weeks old.

While we were at the vet's office, the the vet told me that he has a third heartbeat meaning that instead of the lub-dub sound that a normal puppy heart makes my dog's heart goes lub-dub-dub.... or atleast this is how it was explained to me.

All the vet told me was that this was something we (I am assuming he means the vet office) were going to watch. He said that it could just be nothing or that I may have to go to the doggy cardiologist if it gets worse.

I am very curious if anyone has heard of this?

Other things about my puppy that may be crucial are:
he has only barked twice in three days, he was not as yappy as his two other littermates when I picked him out

He is not eating much, after talking to the vet this may be from being in the new home, or because up until yesterday his food was always available and I just switched him to "meals"

Please let me know if this is a serious condition or if anyone has any advice on it.
