Abel Schip-A-Pom

Abel enjoying the outdoors with his sister Carp.
Abel was a rescue who was adopted at the age of 1.5 in 2007. He had been hit by a car and lost one of his canines, had a luxated hip and come to find out a heart murmur. He is the love of my life! He is commonly referred to as Little Butt because he weighs all of 7.5 lbs. He loves to have his tummy rubbed and is deathly afraid of thunder storms. He now wears a doggie t-shirt 24/7 and a special baby blue duckie bathrobe suring storms that help to calm him down. The snuggly effect of them settle his nerves.
He LOVES to sit outside in the yard in the sun! He loves to ride in the car and look out the window and bark at bicyles as they ride by. There is not a bird in this world that he likes. I am not sure if he was tramatized by them at some point in his "previous" life or what. =o) He also loves to follow you around the house as your shadow. I highly recommend a Schip-A-Pom if you are looking for a friendly and loving cuddle buddy!
