Are Pomeranians Hypoallergenic?

I need to know if Pomeranians have hair or fur. If they have fur how much do they shed? are they bad for people with dog and cat allergies? PLEASE HELP!!

No. poms are not hypoallergenic. The shed a lot so you have to brush regularly. My kids have allergies but they seem to be fine with our dog.
