Baby Pom potty issue

I picked up my baby Pom on Sunday and I notice that she is "Leaking" so to speak. She has no issue using the restroom however she is always leaking some urine :( I dont know what to do or why she would be doing it... There is not a second that she is dry. And the breeder says she has no idea what I am talking about.

Breeders

Yep for some reason they all deny issues with the furbabies that they supply. oh wait, its all about $$ as for your lil angel, take her to the vet,its either excitement (which can be controlled) or a bladder or urinary infection, either way,you need for the vet check it out. By the way, the BREEDER is responsible if the issue is medical! love hugs and keeping you and your baby in my prayers.

I would definitaly contact a vet, sounds like a problem the Breeder would have noticed and would be concerned with!! Is it a reputable breeder?
