Bandit - you tell me, please

I found bandit on CL about 7 months ago, had to have him. He is 10lbs of long hair with solid black areas, grey areas, with black spots and little brown in his paws and back of his legs. He looks like a blue heeler pom to me. But truely have no dea what he is.
