It is not recommended to breed any female dog on her first heat. Its actually considered poor breeding. Her second heat is usually the best time to do it. During her first heat the dogs body might not be mature enough for that.

It depends on how young your female is during her first heat, they can typically safely breed after one year, but it's recommended to wait until they are two years old. Good luck!
