Can my pom get pregnant in her first heat?

My pom is 10 months and she has her first heat at the moment. I just want to know if it's ok if she gets pregnant or not ? I look forward to your answers. I just want to know if there are any risks involved in pregnancy during first heat

They saure can although she is way to young@@@///she souldnt even be considered to breed until at least her 3rd heat cycle a year and half old!!!....
