Chloe - PomChi

My pomchi is only 12 wks old, so she stills sleeps a lot like most puppies do. She was in a bad situation when I got her, someone close to our family had her, her brother and the mother. She was one of two. She is half the size of her brother, they look like night and day, they don't even look like the same breed. The woman who had her in her care already has 9 cats and the mother dog, she also has has three small children and lives with her mother. The only outside time the dogs got was in a playpen pretty much all day, so she wouldn't have to be bothered by them, and when the dog were taken indoors they were not allowed access to food or water, to lessen their chances of peeing or pooping. I can understand not free feeding, but a dog should ALWAYS have access to fresh water!
If any of them had accidents they would either be kicked or smacked, and if they weren't in the play pen outside they were locked in a room with no quality of life. After begging to let me take little Chloe for 2 wks, she has now been a part of our family for 3 wks, and she loves car rides with her little head out the window and being on my lap any chance she gets, and she is sooo eager to please and to learn! She is a little blessing.
