Could something be wrong with my pom?

I have a 5 year old female pom. About once a month or so she will have what i call an episode at night, she yelps loud several times, sounds almost like screaming. When I turn on the light she is laying on her side and seems fine. I pick her up put her in bed and we all go back to sleep. She eats fine, barks at things like normal, does seem a little depressed. We have been gone two days twice this month, and am wondering is the depression and not coming around us punishment? She was just at the vet a couple of weeks ago, because she was limping and they found nothing wrong. Could there be another health issue causing this, seizures or something or is she just mad at us??? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated, we love Chrissy so!!!!!!
