Dental mishap, accident or ignorance?

Graci Mae one day after dental work!

Do groomers or vets usually wrap a pup in "bubble wrap" and sedate them to do dental cleanings or work? This chi came back with black skin, blisters and major illness; vet claims allergy to anesthetic used, but it's been used on same pup other times.

Never heard of bubble wrap being used..as to allergy...that can happen AFTER a person or animal is exposed to the cause several times. The body builds up and then it can attack. However if it were my dog I would have immediately taken it to another vet for another opinion.Is the dog OK now?...Mary
