Dexter Min Pin Pomeranian 2 years old

We are his grandparents, he is a great dog until the earth spins. He is a huge barker which we have tried everything. He really is cute he's a tan one and looks like a Min Pin. His ears are straight up and when you talk to him he looks like he's going to talk back to you. We also have a 13 year old golden retriever who kinda likes him too, he tends to boss the old lady around. Maybe just the thing to keep her young. He was a bit hard to potty train but has it down now. Loves to sit on your lap or on the back of the couch making sure nothing comes into our neighborhood. We love him....
