Eating off the floor

I have a female pom who even though she eats plenty from her bowl and drinks plenty of water, she will consistantly look for stuff to chew and eat on. Then throws up. How can I put an end to this?

also I don't have a clue on what types of chew toys to buy her. She tears up everything. The squeeky toys? I stop buy them cause cotton ends up every where and all that's left is the squeeky toy itself and my Coco looking like, 'Did I do that?" I'd appreciate any help on this subject. Thank you so much.
