help on my new pomeranian

hi im not sure if my pomeranian/ shih tzu (half shihtzu half pomeranian) is normal. i just got it 2 days already.he is 8 weeks old.
- he doesn't eat a lot, but drinks a lot

- when i call his name he doesn't look

-sometimes he sleeps a lot and looks sad

-he walks always at my back but never in front of me WHEN HE HAS NO LEASH but when i put on his leash he sometimes walk but keeps stopping and stopping look at me then walk again

-he's potty trained

-doesn't like treats that i bought him. only eats his food

-the eye are bright on pupil but its a lil bit of red on white

-nice fur and doesn't shed a lot

- doesn't bark a lot

-good with people but HES AFRAID ON OTHER DOGS

ALSO WHEN CAN I START TO BREED A POMERANIAN?

I have two dogs, one is a Shih Tzu male and one is a Pom female, they are as different as night and day. My Shih Tzu is very quiet and reserved, my Pom is sweet and out going. My Shih Tzu prefers me, my Pom loves everyone. But when I got my Shih Tzu he was very withdrawn and afraid of everything and everyone, I've had him for about a month and now he'll play with us and our Pom, so just give him a little time to open up and form that bond, you definitely wont regret it. My little guy is the sweetest little thing ever (other than my Pom, lol).

I do want to ask that you make sure that you keep him very well groomed, and starting with trimmings is a great benefit later on. I just rescued one (found him a new home after we rehabbed him), his fur was nothing but one big knat, he'd had to rip the fur from his back hips to be able to walk, and that was from about two months of his fur not being taken care of. I do my Shih Tzu's fur myself, and if you establish that trust early it shouldn't be very difficult (even though mine still hates the scissors by his face took 3 weeks for him to trust me enough to let me do it).

normal little things

it's seriously normal, my little dog lily is a shit-zu,pom,poodle. she started out with running into walls and hated being alone, but she's okay now. your dog just has to get used to you yet. establish trust and it'll be true to the end.

honestly its okay, at first they are a bit weird but then once they get a bit older they are much better. i have the same dog as you but in black. her names poppy. she is now 2 years and so much more different to what she was like. Now just enjoy her! and with the breading honestly i dont know but have fun with her and i hope all is good! regards.
