Help With Pomeranian
Today my Pomeranian was completely fine in the morning, then at lunch time we were eating and he bit a little kid. He was barking non stop... and he is sooo hyper. My parents walked into the room and he jumped up on them for about 20 minutes and he is running around in circles.
Please help.
