hot weather

I am considering purchasing a Pomeranian but i have concerns. I live in AZ, and don't like to run my ac in the summer since it can cost so much, how hot is to hot to keep the thermostat? I had it between 80-90 degrees last year, i don't plan on keeping it that hot this year, but would this be safe for the Pomeranian? What would be a good average if this is to hot?

My little Gina loves to be in the tiles of the bathroom she doenst like the air conditioning, and only enjoy a fan when i am near her. if you have tiles in kitchen floor or bathroom leave that door open for your Pomeranian to come and go. All the best of luck enjoy your Pomeranian they are totally the best.
