I have always just taken my dogs outside to potty instead of waiting for them to ask and I make it fun and exciting. About every two hours when im home evenings and weekends I say " who's gotta go outside and potty?" then we go outside they do their business. Then when we come in everyone gets a tiny dog treat. I call them cookies. So after building this routine they don't potty in the house but hey don't ask either. It's just up to me to take them out. At night I put a piddle pad down because if I dont I have a pile on the floor. Remember they are little dogs with little bladders. Good luck.

I sabotaged my housebreaking sucess by using puppy pads. I wish I could give you the answers but I can't train my 6 month old either!
