How To Get Blue Pomeranians In A Litter From Breeding What Colours

Would I have to breed blue with blue?
Or would that cause problems like merle with merle does?
I'm becoming a registered breeder in Australia & Blue coloured Pomeranians are my most desired colour i'd like to produce as a breeder & so far I have not come across a breeder in Aus that specifies in just that colour.
I would love to become a first! :D
Please if anyone has any info or advice don't hesitate to let me know :)
Is there any two breeders in the US whom may have a mature female show quality pedigree & mature male show quality pedigree from sperate litters that they could either sell to me or lease to me to start my journey of becoming the first blue pomeranian breeder in Aus?
Even a Tri Colour blue would also be highly desirable & essential to my breeding.
