I really want to breed my beautiful pom

(Texas)

Hello, I have a 4 year old beautiful female pomeranian. Everywhere I take her, people tell me over and over she is a wonderful standard of her breed and has an amazing obedient personality. The groomers have always thought I should breed her. I never got her spayed because I had intentions of breeding her once I got the chance. I now have the appropriate amount of time and money to do it. All I get is awful horrible negative criticism from people I ask for advice who say that I shouldn't breed if I'm not an expert and that there are millions of puppies in shelters, blah blah blah, we've all heard it. It is very discouraging.

I defend myself in saying that its definitely not for the money, I understand you don't even profit sometimes- and all of the puppies already have homes from family and friends who have been begging me to have one and if not me keeping them! I am fully prepare to take on the responsibility and read all the education I can. I guess I am just looking for a little bit of encouragement. Thanks!

Pomeranian

Hello,

I noticed that you're also in Texas like we are. I have a 5 year old male pomeranian that is black and white. His coloring is beautiful and we are always getting compliments on him. He also has a great personality. We're trying to find a female to mate him with so that we could have one puppy to keep that looks like him. I would be interested in seeing what your pom looks like and maybe if you're interested we could breed them. I can send you pictures of our pom if you're interested. He is beautiful. My email is michelle.tidwell.r3n3@statefarm.com and my phone # is 432-312-9121.

YES!

I am looking to breed my pom as well! He will be a year old this fall, and is gorgeous, smart, and so sweet. I am excited about the puppies we may get from this as Jack is a unique boy. He is just about full grown and will be what I have read is show weight (between 4-6 lbs.) and is parti-colored, black and white.

I hope to find him a "girlfriend" that is as sweet, smart, and pretty like him. I would love if at least one of the puppies had his coloring. I think if you would like to breed your little girl that there's nothing wrong with it, whether you intend to sell the puppies or maybe to give them to friends or family.

Good luck!

Think of the pups!

Too many unwanted puppies! You wont always know where each babe will end up! They dont ask to be brought into this world and will need a home for 12 -14 years! Dont breed just for fun! Please!

Congrats and good luck! I bred my pom and she had four beautiful puppies!!!! one of each colour, brown, tan, white, fawn! The only bad part of breeding is we want to keep them all :)
I only sold one! :) The rest I gave to family members and the stud.
Its a beautiful experience and you don't hold urself back! go for it!
