I think my puppy is sick

Hi,
My Pomeranian is about 4 years old. The last couple days he has been very lazy, his whole body is slightly shaking, eyes are very watery, and he threw up white stuff 2 times. do you have any idea what it could be?

MY "GRANDSON" GONE

Hi. We lost my daughter's one and a half year old Pom this morning. He began not eating Thurs. and was lethargic, vomiting white slick substance, had diarrhea, shaking, not barking, wanting to be alone, all day Friday. The vet said Sat. that he had whip worms and said it was easily treatable. He was treated and hydrated there and sent home to start meds on Sunday. At 4 a.m. he began a rattly breathing. At 8:40 he yelped and I grabbed him. He died in my arms at 8:44. I believe there was more to it than whip worms.

It sounds like it could have got in to poisen if some kind..if you can absolutelu rule that out then the other possibility is some kind of seizures. Take the puppy to the vet ASAP. to find out and get it some help.
