My 7 month old Pom looks fat, he's 9 pounds. Should I reduce his food intake?

I wouldn't reduce his food at 7 months...try getting more exercise for him. I take my dogs for "run-run" and they love it. I ride the bike and hook them onto their leashes and wrap the leash around the handlebar.. They run alongside of me. It takes a little while to train them for this but it's worth it...they love to run. Give it a try...
