Is my Pomeranian in labor?

I have a pomeranian *lola* she is about 57 days pregnant she may be a few more days than that. The. Last past few days she's went potty and came in with a little slimy stuff hanging out of her private. Now she also has had the runs too. She is panting a lot latley and been hiding under dark places. I spoke to her vet and they told me it sounded like early labor, but its been like this for a week. I felt her tummy and at times it feels hard like she's contracting but I just wanted other opinions and peoples experiences. Any advise would be helpful. Thank you so much :)
