Jasmine the Pomchi

Jasmine was at a kill shelter in Central Texas. A woman who runs an SPCA foster home in North Central Texas got a call from the them and she drove 200 miles and picked her up the day before Jasmine was to be euthanized.
I was looking for a pal for my 2 yr-old Chihuahua, Sable on Pet Finder and Jasmine had just been listed. I instantly fell in love. My husband and I drove the 90 miles in pouring rain to see her two days later and now, she has wiggled her way into the hearts of all my family. Even the in-laws.
I can't imagine life without her and, contrary to typical Pomchi behavior, she gets along not only with "her" Chihuahua but, with our 13 yr-old Sharpei mix, 2 yr-old Cocker Spaniel and the two cats. This sweet little girl will be with us 1 year on July 9th!!! Wow! What a year.
