Keela and Roxy

Keela is our second little yoranian. She just turned one. Our first little yoranian, RoxyAnn, passed last July. This is such a great breed. Both Roxy and Keela shared some of the same characteristics but were also different. Both adorable. Roxy dominant. Keela submissive. Keela loves everyone. To her no one is a stranger. Roxy was protective and eyed everyone with caution. She was not mean or aggressve... just choosey of whom she wanted to be freindly with. Never would bite. Roxy had long fur that had to be cut but did not shed. Keela has medium length fur that never has to be cut, but she does shed. Both never tangle. Easy care hair. And amazingly, neither ever having bad odor. Always smelling fresh. Both very, very playful and energetic. Keela loves and goes cray over the ball, Roxy did not play with the ball. Roxy liked soft toys only and even at 16 still looked and acted like a puppy. Both very, very smart. Both like to play "mean dog" growling and shaking their toys. Both love belly rubs. Keela is our entertainment. She is so much fun and so loving. She didn't take the place of Roxy, but she so filled that empty void. We loved our little Roxy and still miss her. And we love to peices our little Keela!
