Lakai

White Lightening
Lakai came to me 4-10-09 right before Easter weekend. I originally purchased a black and tan Pom and named him Tanner. He was very very tiny, about 1 lb. The breeder was on constant watch of this little guy. His brother died and when they are that little, you have to be careful. Long story short, I decided to spend more money and send my son to Utah to have the puppy ride under his seat rather then in cargo. He had never been to Salt Lake City so he was looking forward to seeing the city. He flew ther on a Wednesday and the breeder called me Thursday morning and said that Tanner died when she woke up in the morning. I couldn't believe it. She sent me various pictures of other puppies as well as offered my money back. I choose Lakai. He was already 4 months and much stronger. She was going to keep Lakai but felt really bad about what had happened. He will be 5 months 4-7-09 and is full of life. When my son met me at the airport, I pulled him out of the bag and it was love at first site. He loves everyone but keeps his eye on me at all times. He keeps my 15 lb. pomeranian Suzie running. He's all white with tan around his eyes and on his ears. Tanner's father is Lakai's father. Just a different Mom. We love Lakai and welcome him into our busy life.
