Luna Jean came to live with me at 7 weeks old. When I first seen her picture I fell in love with her. I didn't mind driving 4 hours to pick her up and take her home. It only took her two hours before she knew her name and was responding to it. She immediately started chasing my cat Bailey who is 4 years old. She was completely pee pad trained in two-three days. Luna jean is now 4 months old, she weighs 5 lbs. she is very intelligent, quick to learn new things and very inquisitive. She listens when you tell her to sit, to lay down, she loves to play fetch and one of her favorite things to do is play chase with Bailey and the birds (I also have two love birds). Last night while my granddaughter and I were watching t.v. Luna picked up her ball and pranced over to where Bailey was laying on the floor she proceeded to drop the ball in front of the cat and laid down on the floor nudging the ball (her tail wagging expectantly) towards Bailey, well of course Bailey being a cat looked at her puzzled I had to laugh when Luna cocked her little head sideways gave a little whine as if to say "what's the matter" when no response came from Bailey she jumped to her feet, picked up the ball and ran over to me dropping the ball for me to throw it. I take Luna for a walk twice a day she loves it, when we come to a street crossing I give the command to stop and sit then we cross the street. She loves the snow and would stay out in it all day if she could. I have taken Luna to Christmas parties and she was the hit of the party. Everyone just loved her she was so well behaved and only used her pee pad or went out doors. They couldn't get over how she didn't bark and how well she listened and friendly she was. I am so happy that Luna is not a loud and barking dog. We live in an apartment and she doesn't bark when people come into the building or the people next door come home. In fact, she hardly barks at all. However she does growl lol especially at Bailey or when she is playing with toys sometimes at me too. When it is time for bed I just pick up her play bed and blanket along with a few of her toys and say time for bed and she follows me into the room I put the blanket and toys on the floor. She jumps into my bed I tell her goodnight and turn my back and go to sleep. I do not hear from her again until morning. She tends to sleep on the floor and in my bed and she sleeps all night.

Luna's most endearing quality is her joy and love for everyone and I mean everyone, humans, cats, dogs(no matter what size)birds her excitement over everything makes your day brighter.
Her eyes shine with intelligence, mischief and that little tilt of her head when she questions something you tell her to do is so endearing it can melt your heart. But don't be fooled, my little
Luna can be very stubborn when she thinks she is right and wants something you say no to and she will let you know it by planting her little paws down and taking a stance with a little growl of
complaint. She loves to eat her food and Baileys. I take Luna to Walmart, to the Superstore grocery shopping, to Giant tigers oh yes! I put her in a carrying bag and tell her she has to be quiet and to hide, it is like she knows it is some kind of game and she has to hide :) Did I tell you she follows me everywhere, she has a lot of patience and is able to entertain herself very well, she does not always need to be on you or have you playing with her. she is perfectly happy to follow you into the kitchen laying on the floor watching you peel potatoes or do dishes, watch you do housework or oh yes follow me into the bathroom and lay on the floor while I take a shower. She adores Bailey Sometimes poor Bailey doesn't know what to do about her lately she spends a lot of time jumping to high ground :) I am presently trying to teach her about soft mouthing biting, she does tend to like to play a little rough. The only problem I have with her is that I cannot leave her alone in the apartment she freaks I have to learn a way to deal with that. I WOULD RECOMMEND THESE DOGS AS A PET TO ANYONE
Luna is only 4 months old I am looking forward to watching her as she matures into a an adult dog. It will be one enjoyable journey.
