My 10 year old Pomeranian is eating very poorly

We have a 10 year old pomeranian. He had melena a few weeks back and the vet had given the necessary medications. The melena is gone and his poop is normal. However, he won't eat normally. We have been worried and called the vet who came 2x and gave him 4 shots. He also prescribed liver tonic aimed at increasing the appetite. Not working. I have resorted to giving him some milk or soup via a medicine dropper. He eats very very small amounts of food and very rarely. We have even tried giving oral glucose by dropper.
He is active and runs around, barks like normal, but has lost so much weight. He is also very irritable and gets easily angry at our 2 year old labrador (who is terrified of our Pom). My dad says he eats a lot of grass every morning and evening. No vomitting and stool looks solid and normal colored. Can anyone please, please tell us what else we can try or how to convince him to eat normally again?
