My 7 year old dog is having issues HELP

I've had her her entire life. She developed colitis (inflammation of the colon) 2 years ago and we have been treating her ever since. We took her to a second vet and he put her on different pills than the other vet which helped tremendously (it was an antibiotic, pro biotic and an anti diarrhea). However once the medication ran out the day after she has been peeing and pooping on the carpet (EVEN WHEN WE ARE HOME). She didn't used to do this and we had complete blood work and fecal evaluation done at the second vet.
She acts normal (like a 2 yr old)
