My neutered male is marking my house.

I don't know what to do anymore. I am 17 weeks pregnant and my husband is so over our dogs. My male is 6 and was neutered at four months. He has decided that he wants to mark in the house and the crate training doesn't work because need to pee; he simply wants to mark. I can leave the backdoor open and he will mark the door on the inside!!! My female is good most of the time but if she really wants to go she just goes. End of story. She understands that she can't be punished so she doesn't trouble herself.

I don't know what to do. The baby is coming and I'm afraid that the dogs are going. They are my babies. Please help.
