my pom always cries

I have a 3 months old female pom and she is very energetic puppy but suddenly yesterday she just cry loud in my room when went to my room my pom is shaking.. since then she have problem in her hygene she barely poo and always cry she dont want to be touch and her nose is dry but she have a runny nose i dont know what to do i love my pom so much please help me

update about my pom

i already toke my pom to the vet and the vet told me she has brain problems and wont last long this vet told me to give my pom some mefenamic acids for the pain... i was shuttered in pain to know my pom is very sick so i went to other vet to get 2nd opinion i went to a well known vet here in our country and he said my dog have calcium problems and told me that its not true that my pom will die with proper medication my pom will survive i was releive.. now my pom is under medication of calcium vitamins and pet guard a supplement for pathological attack.. my pom still cries everynow and then we will go back to the vet after 5days for check up and hoping for better result... ill do my best to make my baby pom feel better...

please take sick pom to vet

mary is right. dogs never start crying out of nowhere unless somethings wrong. I have a pom too and she had some of the same symptoms a while back and we took her to the vet and we found out she had a stomach problem and the vet gave her medicine and she felt all better. It sounds like your pom is really really sick so please take her to the vet as soon as possible. I hope your pom feels better soon.

shaking

Dog doesn't shake for no reason...Dog is hurting. Take it to the vet could be constipated and if poo don't come out it is very hurtful. Take to vet right away!!!!
