My pom only eats a full meal every couple of days...

When I got my puppy she was on beneful..when I found that out I immediately started researching a better brand..I decided on Blue Buffalo..I slowly mixed in the BB over a period of about 2 weeks..she at that time still wasnt eating a lot of it so again I invested in BB canned dog food. I tried mixing the dry and canned together which she seemed to love(so I purchased a whole box online:24 cansnot cheap...in the beginning..now doesnt mattet how much wet i mix in with the dry she still barely eats a cup a day..shes not lethargic or itching or anything so I dont think its allergies and Blue Buffalo is quality food. She loves treats of course and will eat crumbs and other stuff off the floor but she wont eat her food. I really dont want to have to switch her or by more food but Im at my wits end( also I dont have a car right now so I cant take her to the vet )
