My Pom won't eat his food.

My girlfriend and I just bought a 12 week old Pom and he is the most adorable thing ever! However, he doesn't eat much of his food at all. I feel that it might be related to the fact that he gets into the cat food and takes a few pieces of that, but it is not enough to get him through the day. So my question is: How do I get my Pom to eat his own food regularly? Any information that could help is welcome.

I agree with the above statement...

I have a pomeranian and he eats about 1/2 cup grain-free food each day (he weighs 8.13 lbs and is 3.5 years old)... If your dog is not eating their food.., he/she could just be a picky eater...

...Poms are small and eat less...

My pom is 3.5 years old and weighs 8 lbs... He eats like 1/2 cup of grain-free dry food per day... I wouldn't worry about your dog.., as i said they are pretty tiny and so are their organs...
