No appetite, throwing up for two days.

I have a pomeranian who is approximately 6-10 years (he was a rescue, age is not known). He is a big eater and is a little overweight. He has also been diagnosed w/ a collapsed trachea but is doing fine. Recently he has had no appetite. I have to hand feed him to get him to eat. The past two days he has thrown up what he eats. He'll hold it down until about 3 hours after dinner, then throw up both breakfast and dinner. It doesnt look like food has been digested.

We have 3 Poms. The youngest started throwing up Tuesday and refused to eat. This went on yesterday and by then the other two older dogs had caught it. All three are going to the vet today. Yes, they've been vaccinated for parvo. Can dogs get the flu?
