party factor

If one dog is party factor and the other is not can they produce a party puppy, or does it take two party factor dogs to produce a party?

I have a male pari pom that breed with my female black pom and had beautiful party puppys 2 to be exact. They bred again and had a beautiful lil girl whom I named Mia my female is old now so they just had 1 this time. I actually wonder the opposite - is it possible to get a solid color while breeding parti and solid color? HUMM Good Luck!
