Please help my Pomeranian...

I have a five month old pomeranian, who has been sick for three days now. I've took her to the vet twice and they seem to not know what is wrong with her. She has been vomiting bile. She hasn't been eating or drinking. I've been trying to give her pedialyte and gatorade, but she refuse to drink anything or eat anything. The vet gave me some antibiotics and some Cerenia, but she refuse to take them. She doesn't have the fever or is she sick from parvo. The vet did a stool test already and found that there's no worm. Please help anyone
