Poms are notorious for having baby teeth that don't fall out, resulting in extra crowding that encourages decay. Take your baby in for a teeth cleaning (and pulling of any decayed teeth) at your vet, and then plan on doing it every year. It can really improve and extend the life of any dog, but with a breed prone to tooth decay it can make a HUGE difference. Enjoy your fluffpuff!

Hon, take him to the vet, they will most likely pull it if he is in pain. Call them first to see what they advise. He is two - teeth are very important to dogs as they are for us. I will pray for the lil one. Make that call dear, hugs, SHeila
