Pom lifting leg in house even after going outside!!

My male Pom stays in his crate during the day and at night time. He does well with refraining from urinating and pooping in pen and goes outside as soon as out of pen. He does so good outside. He unrinates about 30 times when he goes out. Lifting his leg on 4 different locations repeatedly a little bit at a time.. Problem is... no matter how much I let him try to finish his business, he will go inside and start lifting his leg on furniture. Its as if he is saving some to go inside! Does anybody have any ideas on how to control this.
