My pom was bred on Jan. the 9th . She has since become very hard to get her to eat. Her nipples have gotten larger but her abdomen only seems slightly bigger. My vet says to bring her in for an appt in two weeks. should I be concerned about her lack of appetite and wouldn't I be able to feel the babies by now?
