Pom Puppy Fur Loss at 2 Months?

I have a 2 month old male Pomeranian but he is already losing his puppy fur. Is that normal? I thought most Poms only start losing baby coat earliest at 3 months but typically around 5th to 6th month. I have enclosed a photo of him here for reference.
