Pomeranian Agression

My 5-y/o Pom, Korkie, has within the last year steadily gotten more aggressive. She has always been a little head-strong, but she is at an all new high. She won't listen to me when I call her to go outside or to quit jumping and barking on people (she previously did). She is constantly growling at my husband and I as we walk past her. Is there any way to correct her behavior since she is an older dog? I'm worried that once I give birth to our first child next month that I will have to find a new home for Korkie. I really don't want to give her away.
