Pomeranian Birth Weight

My female and male (both 3 yrs both 8 pounds )had a litter of 6 little GIRLS on the forth of July. My question is, this was not expected (i recently acquired them) my intention was to have them altered. I didn't get there in time, so, stupid me, used a velcro diaper for her, well, he ripped it off the LAST day for conception. She had six as i stated, they weighed 2.5oz - 3.5oz. I wanted to know what "average" birth weight was and what they should weigh at 11 - 12 days. They are active and seem to be doing well, but they seem so tiny to me still. Thank you very much.

Pomeranian babies are very small at birth , an average newborn Pomeranian baby weighs between 2 and 5 oz at birth.

Puppies must be kept warm , at a constant temperature of 95-100 F [35 - 38 C] the first week. The temperature can be slowly dropped to 75 F [24 C] after the age of 3 weeks.

Watch for puppies who's weight goes down. Pups should double their birth weight at 8 to 11 days.
