Pomeranian Conditioners?

Hello,

I have to pomeranians. One has the nicest feeling fur ever and the other feels like it gets really dirty and grimy easily. The second pom just feels like he has a different fur type (it gets matted VERY easily) than his brother and I was wondering if there is some super duper master must-have conditioner for pomeranians.

I have been looking for a solution for quite a while and I feel really bad when my pom cries because I have to brush him out ten times more often than his brother needs it. Please help my little pom!
