Pomeranian Diarrhea

My pom is 3 months old. She has a very bad smelling diarrhea. It's a little more on the lighter side. She plays normally, has her normal energy. Eats puppy chow or Royal Canin, ceasers mixed with spots stew so she gets her veggies :) I don't know what to do? help? I NEVER give her human food. Occasionally I give her the raw hide chews to play with an enjoy (but stopped since I read they can cause it due to their immense amount of bacteria)

I called a clinc for her hoping I would just drop the stool and they would check it, but they wanted to do a full exam although I explained to them she had a full exam 1 1/2 month ago she is fine. They said, we wanna check her heart, fur etc...I didn't see the relevance between checking her heart and her stool esp. since she just had a physical. I felt like they're just trying to squeeze money out of me (I'm just a student) help? Any advice or explanations?
