My tea cup toy pom only 3 years old always seems to be blocked and snuffly. Have tried homeopathic med but has to be given about 6 times a day.. also not sure if it really helps much. She has had kennel cough 3 times in 2 years but have now given her the nasal vaccine along with her annual injections.Would appreciate help as also put humidifier on at night to help her but dont really know if that makes any difference. thanks
